On January 31, 2025, Assessment Analytics, Inc. (AAI) and the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) formalized their collaboration through a contract signing for the Engagement of a Consulting Service Provider (CSP) for the Implementation of PDIC Career Development and Succession Management Program (CDSMP). This partnership aims to enhance PDIC’s workforce by improving career development processes and ensuring a structured succession management approach.
AAI was represented by Angel Herrera, Senior Business Development Officer, and Dette Aruego, Managing Director. PDIC was represented by Eugene Borlongan (Vice President, HRG), Ferlyn Leyson, Flor Castillo, Malou Baguisi, and Ming Ragotero.
