Although our official anniversary was on February 21, 2025, Assessment Analytics, Inc. (AAI) gathered on March 7, 2025, to mark 19 years of delivering innovative talent assessment solutions. Held at Romulo Café, this special event served as a moment to reflect on our journey, commend our devoted team, and look toward the exciting milestones ahead.
As part of our celebration, we proudly recognized team members for their dedication and contributions over the years:
CAROL NARCISO
Carol, marking 10 years of service at AAI as Director for Business Alliance, leads the Business Alliance team, overseeing both Sales and Marketing operations to ensure strategic growth and successful partnerships. Her leadership has been instrumental in expanding AAI’s reach and strengthening key business collaborations.
MJ TIONGSON
MJ, reaching a decade with AAI as Client Management Specialist, plays a crucial role in supporting AAI’s training and services, particularly in competency profiling and assessments. His expertise helps organizations align their workforce with the right skills and development programs.
ANGEL HERRERA
Angel, completing 7 years at AAI as Senior Business Development Officer, leads the Sales team and specializes in managing PhilGEPS bidding processes, ensuring AAI's continued success in securing government projects. Her expertise in sales strategy and business development drives new opportunities for growth.
JASMINE SANTOS
Jasmine, now in her 5th year with AAI as Senior Business Development Officer, is at the forefront of managing AAI’s key accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring their needs are met. She also plays a significant role in leading the Sales team, driving business growth and client success.
JONAH DIZON
Jonah, marking 3 years of dedicated service at AAI as HRS Specialist, is the go-to person for AAI’s training and services, handling the coordination and execution of various programs. Her dedication ensures that every training session and assessment runs smoothly and effectively.
Additionally, we recognize Calvin Sadiua, one of AAI’s longest-standing partners and consultants, whose expertise has been invaluable in assisting with various projects and delivering exceptional assessment solutions.
We were also honored to have two of our esteemed board members, Ma. Regina Zulueta-Perlas and Luis Galvez, join us in celebrating this milestone, making the occasion even more special.
