A Successful Annual Mental Health Webinar: Promoting Mental Health and Well-being in a Hybrid Setup

Our annual Mental Health Webinar, "Promoting Mental Health and Well-being in a Hybrid Setup," was a tremendous success! With over 130 registrants and more than 85 attendees from various industries, the session was a valuable opportunity to explore essential strategies for maintaining mental well-being in a hybrid work environment.

Our esteemed speaker, Dr. Maria Corazon Del Mundo, MD, DSBPP, a distinguished Adult Psychiatrist and Assistant Professor at UERM, guided us through essential strategies for managing stress, preventing burnout, and fostering a healthy work-life balance in hybrid setups. She also introduced mindfulness practices, such as mindful breathing and body scans, which can help professionals stay grounded amid the demands of hybrid work environments.

We were also honored to have the event led by Dette Aruego, Managing Director of Assessment Analytics, Inc. It was a meaningful hour, filled with actionable takeaways and shared experiences that will help professionals navigate the complexities of mental health in the workplace.
